Summary:

The report introduces the concept, status quo and trend of intelligent tunnel construction by drilling and blasting method and shield method from four aspects: tunnel construction needs, history and current situation of tunnel construction method, tunnel intelligent construction technology and suggestions for the existing construction system. This paper focuses on the research progress and development direction of shield tunnel intelligent construction in digital shield based on multi-source heterogeneous data fusion analysis, shield digital twin and intelligent control, remote driving and autonomous tunneling. This paper introduces the research progress and development direction of intelligent tunnel construction by drilling and blasting method in terms of fine intelligent classification of surrounding rock, dynamic intelligent decision-making of excavation support, intelligent mechanical equipment of whole process pedigree, intelligent safety and efficient fine blasting, intelligent detection and comprehensive monitoring of construction risk and quality.
